A True Vision of a Father and a Divine Child - My Poetic Management Insight

In the evening I was walking in the park ( Srijan knowledgeable park ) and thinking about meaning of life . After some time every thing has transitioned . Time , space and knowledge was changing their dimensions for fusion of positive thoughts . With the bless of god, I felt rain of eternal love was spraying on the earth . When I mediated on the sky , I found that A cosmic light was passing through rain drops of happiness and generating divine rainbow pattern in all directions
When I clearly observed it , I perceived that divine rainbow pattern is radiating and spreading seven colours of life like love of mother , happiness of father , bless of god , naturalness of nature , divinity of child , guidance of grandpa and patience of grandma . These seven colours of life create full of bliss and peace in the family and directly influence on management culture of any organization.

When I clearly observed it , I perceived that divine rainbow pattern is radiating and spreading seven colours of life like love of mother , happiness of father , bless of god , naturalness of nature , divinity of child , guidance of grandpa and patience of grandma . These seven colours of life create full of bliss and peace in the family and directly influence on management culture of any organization.
Basically I have designed a unique conversation between a father and a child in which one side a father share his wisdom and experience but on the other side a child share his uniqueness , simplicity , smiling , divinity , dynamism and naturalness for wellbeing of humanity and showing right path of life .
Dedicate to all charismatic children of mukherji Nagar, Delhi who always inspire me for writing such type of unique poem .Actually every child has inherent qualities for creation of any type of innovation because they are very near to nature and god .

Hi papa! Good morning
Glimpse in my little eyes
You will achieve a divine image of god
See my smiling face
You will feel happiness of my mother
Look my whole personality
You will experience perfect naturalness
But father! Sometimes I found some weakness in my behavior which affect my development. So please guide me –
O child! Good morning
When you feel weak any sense
Consider it
Every weakness is your opportunity
Take every opportunity as a challenge
Transform it as your great strength
Hi child! You are looking a best manager. Your every action reflects unique management qualities. Just describe me-
O father ! Good afternoon
Watch my baby steps
Teach about continuous improvement
Listen my heart beats
Express about invaluable time
Observe my body movement
Showing about dynamism
Daddy! My mother is caring and teaching very well. I am facing various exams every day and fail in few areas. So preach me about right path –

NOTE : Srijan Knowledgeable Park : Basically it is a park in Mukherji Nagar (North Delhi) . I have named it Srijan ( Creation ) because in which children teach us smiling and laughing for generation of positive energy in the world .
